Our Mortgage Advisers are based in Worcestershire & Cheshire. We will happily come to you in your own home face to face if you are local to an adviser. If we are not local to you, don’t worry, we will happily conduct our appointments over the phone or via video call.
When you contact us, you will be given your own personal Mortgage & Protection adviser whose role will be to work with you from start to finish. This will be for the Mortgage, any Protection along with any areas that need to be reviewed, such as Wills* or Business Protection (*These services are offered by referral to third party companies).
The advice that we give will always be tailored to suit your circumstance and the adviser will look after the whole process right up until completion.

First time buyers
Buying your first home can be stressful, we will be there for you every step of the way. We will clearly explain the process making you aware of what will be needed at each stage, even liaising with the estate agent for you if needed. The newspapers say how hard it is for first time buyers, but with our help it doesn’t have to be the case.
Remortgage
For existing mortgages, when your product, be that a fixed rate or tracker etc is coming to an end, 6 months prior to this date is the prime time to get in touch and start the process. Some people get into the habit of staying with their existing lender but a lot of the time this can cost you, as rates could be significantly less elsewhere. Our role is to check this and recommend accordingly. If the best thing is for you to stay with your existing lender that is what we will recommend.
Moving Home
Porting, ERC’s, Further Lending… There is always jargon in the Mortgage world. We will explain things in a way you can understand. If you are moving house sometimes it can be best to keep the existing mortgage and move it to the new house as the rate you are on could be better or there could be fees in closing the mortgage down. Let us know your circumstance and we will give you the right advice.
